We will work together to get some clarity on your abilities and the steps you need to take in order to hone them.
Whether there is something changing about your abilities or you are just starting to learn about what abilities you have. I will guide you and help you figure out the best steps to connect to your gifts to enhance your life!!
These sessions include the 1 hour 1:1 session weekly where we will discuss and try different techniques to enhance your abilities. After the session I will send you a follow up email with any messages I received as well as homework/journal and a meditation for you to do during the week. Every day I will check in with you via email to see if you have any questions, struggles or require any motivation or insight.
These sessions are completely customized to each person, it is unique to you and your journey.
